Rick Selvage, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Rick has a rich and diverse executive background, with experience ranging from entrepreneurial, turn-around, and senior positions in Fortune 500 companies. His leadership and extensive management experience in consumer products and services, digital technology and media is well known. He also has served on the Board of Directors, as a director and chairman, of several companies in the technology, sports and entertainment industries.

Larry Mondragon, Chief Operating Officer

Larry brings the company more than 25 years of experience supporting the launch and expansion of high-growth businesses, as a corporate attorney, as a consultant and as an executive focused on business development and strategy. His work experience spans the divide between a large global enterprise (IBM) and small, nimble startups in the entertainment and technology sectors. Larry is a member of the New York Bar.
